UK Shipping
All orders ship from our UK warehouse via the Royal Mail 48-hour service.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £45, sent via Royal Mail 48 hours.
Delivery times: Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days).

European Shipping
We ship to selected European countries from the UK via tracked international shipping.
Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days.

Please note: orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Worldwide Shipping
We currently do not ship worldwide and apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Lost or Delayed Post
Although it's not something we see often, we're truly sorry for any delay you've experienced. Even though we rely on our shipping partners for smooth deliveries, sometimes unexpected situations happen.

If your order is running late, just keep in mind that shipping delays can occur. Unfortunately, Driftwood Deep cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. To start troubleshooting, please double-check your shipping address. Sometimes, small details like house numbers/names or postal codes can be missed or mistyped. Once you've confirmed your address, if your order is still missing after 14 business days, just send us an email at support@driftwooddeep.com and we will do our best to help you.
