Becoming a Master Scuba Diver can truly set you apart from the rest. Requiring a deep level of significant training, this certification proves you have both the experience and the knowledge of various dive environments.

The PADI Master Scuba Diver is the highest rating any recreational diver can achieve in the PADI system!  


How to Become a Master Scuba Diver

To achieve the Master Scuba Diver certification, there are some requirements that need to be met first. These being:

  • PADI Open Water/Junior Open Water certification
  • PADI Advanced Open Water/Junior Advanced Open Water certification
  • EFR Primary and Secondary Care training
  • PADI Rescue Diver/Junior Rescue Diver certification 
  • Minimum of 5 PADI Specialities
  • 50 logged dives


Who Can Be a Master Scuba Diver?

Anyone from the age of 12 upwards can achieve this certification, provided the above criteria are met first.
